Job Description:
Duties: Perform gap analysis between client’s requirements and Ebix product features and provide solutions for gaps. Interact with clients on requirements gathering and participate in business, functional, and technical requirements meetings. Provide estimates for services and interface with project manager and review business documents. Review business documents. Coordinate with the technical team, TPP strategist and project architect. Gather business requirements, prepare process flows and business specification documents. Interact with various teams to ensure end to end functional design and quality. Provide walkthrough on all project artefacts. Coordinate between onshore-offshore support teams. Train user groups. Use: JIRA, Rally, MS Office, Confluence, SharePoint, Alfresco, CVS, Bug Zero, TFS, Quality Portal, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver.
Other: Full Time. Travel involved to unanticipated client locations within US.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Equivalent + 5 years of experience in job offered or related. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
