Job Description:

Ebix Health’s Customer Support group provides end user support for our suite of software solutions. The Customer Support Specialist is a highly visible position responsible for first level support to our customers.

We look for results-oriented people who have initiative, a good attitude, the ability to learn quickly, a willingness to succeed, and who truly enjoy helping people.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Answer, research, and resolve support requests via phone, email and web in a timely and friendly manner
  • Provide regular reporting on status of support requests, outstanding issues, activities and achievements
  • Troubleshoot customer issues related to installations or general use of software
  • Continually work to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our support services
  • Communicate with internal resources on level 2 and 3 support logs


  • Previous experience supporting software applications
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and methodically
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Independent self-starter with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high call volume environment
  • Computer literate with knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products
  • Ability to work 9 AM – 6 PM EST
