Job Description:

Under moderate supervision, the Customer Service Representative will service incoming and/or outgoing calls from/to clients, vendors, agents and brokers. The CSR serves as the primary support contact for all Risk Compliance Solutions customers, responsible for ensuring all customer issues are addressed.

Typical job responsibilities

  • Demonstrates/applies comprehension of insurance policies, cancellations, reinstatements, endorsements, reports, Risk Compliance Solutions website, and all insurance related documents
  • Monitor and review account for accuracy (logo’s, formatted correctly, printing at correct intervals, all notices types are printing, etc.) Identify and report systems issues and client related problems

Requirements

  • High school degree
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Insurance knowledge and experience preferred
  • Ability to work well under pressure
