Job Description:

Ebix Health’s Data Support Group provides both internal quality assurance and end user support for our suite of software solutions. We are looking for a highly-motivated team member who can work with multiple internal departments to ensure the accuracy of the data entered, displayed and generated on our website. This is a highly visible position responsible for first and second-level technical support to our customers and will have on-going communication with health insurance carriers and contacts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate data for product updates as main point of contact with online partners
  • Data entry
  • Analyze/test product and rate data in testing/live environments
  • Trouble-shoot/resolve issues
  • Customer support. Several weeks of on-site training will be required in our Bohemia, New York office.


The ideal candidate would be a college graduate with good logic and math skills. This is an mid-level position for someone who is detail-oriented with excellent proof-reading skills and can multi-task. You will be required to navigate in a Windows environment and utilize Microsoft programs on a daily basis.
