Full Stack Engineering Manager (Java | Node.js | React | AWS) We’re looking for a hands-on Full Stack Engineering Manager who can lead from the front—driving architecture, mentoring engineers, and delivering scalable products end-to-end. If you enjoy solving complex problems, building high-performing teams, and owning delivery across the stack, this role is for you. ?? Preferred: Candidates with experience in product-based or travel domain companies ?? What You’ll Do ?? Technical Leadership & Delivery Own end-to-end delivery across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure Design and review scalable, high-performance systems using Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, React, and AWS Drive engineering excellence across coding standards, system design, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps Make architectural decisions and trade-offs for scalability, performance, and speed Lead incident management, RCA, and continuous improvement initiatives ?? Team Leadership & Growth Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team (Backend, Frontend, QA, DevOps) Set clear goals, provide coaching, and conduct performance reviews Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and technical excellence ?? Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Partner with Product Managers to define scope, priorities, and delivery timelines Collaborate with Design, QA, and DevOps for seamless product releases Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders ? What We’re Looking For ?? Experience 8+ years in software engineering with strong full-stack expertise 3+ years in engineering leadership/people management Experience in a product-based company (travel domain preferred) ?? Technical Skills Strong backend experience in Java (Spring Boot) Hands-on with Node.js (APIs, microservices) Proficiency in React.js (modern UI development) Deep expertise in AWS Cloud (EC2, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS, Lambda, CloudWatch) Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring tools Strong fundamentals in system design & distributed architecture ?? Leadership Skills Proven ability to lead and scale engineering teams Strong ownership of delivery and execution Excellent communication and stakeholder management ? Nice to Have Experience in travel platforms (airlines, hotels, booking systems, GDS) Exposure to event-driven architecture (Kafka), BigQuery Experience managing distributed or remote teams ??
