In this role, you will play a vital role in maintaining the stability, security, and performance of our server infrastructure, ensuring optimal uptime and productivity for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server systems (including Active Directory, DNS, WSUS, and Group Policies)
Perform regular patching and updates using WSUS
Troubleshoot server issues, diagnose problems, and implement solutions
Monitor server performance and proactively address potential issues
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
Provide technical support to end users on server-related issues
Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and initiatives
Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning
Assist with the deployment and configuration of new servers and services
Basic to good knowledge of Linux systems
Required Skills and Qualifications:
3-4 years of experience in server administration, preferably in a Windows Server environment
Working knowledge of Linux systems (1-2 Year Exp)
MCSA or MCSE certification in Windows Server
Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, WSUS, and Group Policies
Working knowledge of Linux systems
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
