Qualification: Associate's Degree in Computer Information Systems or Equivalent
Experience: 2 years of experience in job offered or related. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
Design technical solutions based on client requirements and align to TPP application and Life Insurance product. Automate software environment build and furnish using virtualization, containerization, and orchestration tools such as Docker, VM Ware, AWS, and Kubernetes. Develop and define data models and adhere to XML formats. Conduct internal system testing, project functionality and facilitate UAT with stakeholders and business users. Participate in technical and functional requirement sessions along with business users, external vendors, TPP, IT and Architectural teams. Coordinate and collaborate with Project Manager, TPP Architecture teams and prepare detailed solutions for respective issues. Review high level process flows and prepare necessary documentation for requirement matrix, error validation and approach sections of the BSD. Participate in sprint-based code review sessions, solution/functional test scenarios review sessions with offshore, IT, architectural team, and business design resources. Prepare traceability matrix, review action items, decisions logs, and track defects. Conduct Show & Tell sessions and workshops on system processes to business users. Analyze production and test environment defects, provide RCA and suggest appropriate solutions. Act as project integration SME during Go-Live planning and execution. Required tools and utilities: Altova, MapForce, ALM, Selenium, Visio, Eclipse, SQL, Oracle, Java, J2EE, and JSP, C, IBM UCD, Github, SOAP, Restful, SDLC, STLC, and Agile.
Other: Full Time. Travel involved to unanticipated client locations in US.
