Job Description:

• Min 1 to 3 years Oracle Database Development experience
• Programming using PL SQL, SQL.
• Writing triggers, functions and procedures to achieve business logic.
• Understand business and technical requirements of the projects.
• Optimization of SQL statements.
• Database maintenance and administration
• Performance tuning
• Work with application programmers (Java, C++ programmers) to insure that application problems do not adversely affect production operations
• Experience in PostgreSQL will be an added advantage

Technical Expertise:

Basic Skills: SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle/DB2/Sybase/MSSQL
Operating Systems: Windows OS, Linux, UNIX
Additional Skills: Shell Scraping, C++, Java
