Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our EbixExchange WinFlex team. The WinFlex team provides an industry leading Life Insurance comparison platform. The Winflex Customer Service/Technical Account Manager collaborates with insurance carriers to identify project objectives, gather requirements and implement solutions. This position also works closely with WinFlex leadership and product development on processes and product improvement.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain existing client relationships
  • Assist in product development
  • Gather project requirements
  • Prioritize, plan and track internal/external projects
  • Participate in project and release testing
  • Develop and refine processes and procedures
  • Support users of varying skill levels

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Java Script Experience
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and writing skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Windows client/server environments
  • Proficiency with the Windows Office Suite

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the technical customer service field
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in Java Script
  • Life Insurance knowledge and certifications a plus
