Duties: Drive new business initiatives and product strategy. Conduct discovery and inception sessions, lead solution architecture meetings and discussions with customers. Provide technical management for key pre-sales initiatives within Ebix Exchange suite of products. Manage client expectations in the areas of architecture, performance and non-functional objectives. Perform resolutions of escalations and lead key technical discussions with Executive client-side technical teams. Plan growth and hiring of resources in the architecture, integrations consulting, Research and Development practice. Provide technical direction during implementation of programs at client location. Mentor and manage senior engineering staff and guide engineering processes and disciplines in the areas of product development and solution architecture. Responsible for timely execution and cost management, risk / issue management and change management. Facilitate trainings and mentoring of staff on Policy Processor (TPP), Producer Support system (PSS), E-App and PICF 3.0 framework through the engineering management team.
Other: Full Time. Travel involved to unanticipated client locations within US.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Science or Engineering (Any Field) or Equivalent +5 years’ experience in job offered or related. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
